【摘要】 目的 探讨胃黏膜脱垂症的临床表现及其并发症。 方法 应用胃镜检查确诊28例胃黏膜脱垂症患儿，并对其结果进行分析。 结果 确诊28例胃黏膜脱垂症患儿中合并慢性胃炎者11例，胆汁反流性胃炎5例，息肉2例，十二指肠炎3例，脱垂胃黏膜炎症9例，上消化道出血2例。 结论 儿童胃黏膜脱垂症在临床上不多见，常伴并发症，易误诊，应引起高度重视。
