【摘要】 目的 对4种不同术式子宫切除的方法:腹腔镜筋膜内、宫颈上子宫切除术(CISH)、腹腔镜辅助阴式全子宫切除(LAVH)、阴式全子宫切除(TVH)、腹式全子宫切除(TAH)进行术后的影响评价，对患者选择最佳方法。方法 回顾性分析不同手术方式的全子宫切除病例177例。结果 腹腔镜手术费用昂贵，但其术后恢复工作时间及性生活时间快，出院时间短。伴有子宫脱垂者适合行单纯阴式全子宫切除。结论 腹腔镜手术的开展以及阴式全子宫切除，它将给患者带来的益处和良好的手术结局是可信的。
