【摘要】 目的 对侧柏叶的提取物进行抗植物真菌实验，测定其最小抑菌浓度(MIC)值。方法 采用试管液基稀释法进行抗菌活性的实验。结果 侧柏叶的提取物对植物真菌的MIC值分别为0.14～9.2mg/ml。结论 侧柏叶提取物对念珠菌有显著的抑菌作用。
