【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the diagnostic significance of CT，DSA and CDU in the cavernous transˉformation of portal vein(CTPV)in liver cancer.Methods CTPV in clinical diagnostic date of53cases were analyzed retrospectively.Results The positive rate of CT，DSA and CDU were43.40%，77.36%and100%.Conclusion CT，DSA and CDU are useful differently and CDU could be the first select method of diagnosis in CTPV.
