【摘要】 目的 探讨治疗面颈部意外粉粒沉着的全新治疗方法。方法 自2000年4月～2003年4月对20例面颈部意外粉粒沉着患者，采用磨削术+电离子剥除术，后期配合掺钕钇铝石榴石激光综合措施治疗。结果 20例患者均达到较满意临床效果，患者容貌达到彻底改善。结论 电离子剥除术+磨削术等综合措施治疗面颈部皮肤意外粉粒沉着，方法简便，效果确切，临床值得推广。
