    【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the clinical effectiveness of intratumoral radiotherapy for brain gliomas by raˉdioiodinated monoclonal antibody( 131 I-chTNT)via chemotherapy reservoir.Methods 56patients diagnosed with gliomas by pathology were enrolled and34were glioblastomas，24were astrocytomas.All the patients underwent surgery，and among these patients，20were primary tumors，and the other were recurrent tumors.The end of the chemotherapy reservoir was placed in the resection cavity at the time of tumor debulking.7days later，30mCi 131 I-chTNT was injected into the residual tumorvia chemotherapy reservoir.The treatment was repeated on the following15～20days.Results All of the patients were reexamined with CT scan or MRI after2months.The results of the folˉlow-up showed that21cases(37.5%)were complete remission ......
