【摘要】 目的 探讨老年人肺结核病的X线特点。方法 观察100例老年人肺结核病的X线表现，并与传统肺结核病X线表现进行比较归纳分析。结果 老年人肺结核病有与传统X线表现明显不同的特点。结论 老年人肺结核有位于下肺野，呈块状，空洞，结核球状等特点。
