【摘要】 目的 探讨原发性气胸的X线分型及发病机制。方法 回顾性分析原发性气胸的分型特征，论证其发病机制。结果 原发性气胸可分为肺上型、外侧型、肺下型、内侧型和混合型五型。结论 上述分型相应地论证了原发性气胸的发病机制。
