【摘要】 目的 观察EDAP方案治疗复发、难治多发性骨髓瘤的疗效。方法 用足叶乙甙(VP16)、地塞米松、顺铂、阿糖胞苷对15例复发、难治多发性骨髓瘤患者进行化疗。结果 完全缓解5例，部分缓解6例，总有效率73%，主要副作用为肾功能损害，骨髓抑制。结论EDAP方案组成合理，对多发性骨髓瘤敏感性强，疗效较好，值得临床推广应用。
