摘要
目的: 探讨基质金属蛋白酶-7(MMP-7)、组织金属蛋白酶抑制剂-1(TIMP-1)的表达与大肠癌的发生、发展的关系.
方法: 采用免疫组化技术检测15例正常大肠黏膜(NM)、27例大肠腺瘤(Ad)、81例大肠癌(CC)组织中MMP-7、TIMP-1的表达.
结果: 从NM到Ad到CC MMP-7、TIMP-1的表达逐渐增高、增强，经秩和检验MMP-7在每两组间都存在显著差异(P<0.01)，TIMP-1在NM与CC、Ad与CC中存在明显差异(P<0.01).

结论: MMP-7参与了大肠癌的发生，并具有高度的特异性，可作为大肠癌的早期预测因子.阻断MMP-7的表达和活性及增强TIMP-1的表达和活性有可能成为抗肿瘤转移治疗的一个新途径.
