【摘要】 目的 比较胰岛素泵(CSII)和多次皮下注射胰岛素(MSII)治疗围手术期糖尿病患者高血糖的疗效。 方法 CSII组84例与MSII组87例糖尿病患者在围手术期进行应用血糖的比较。 结果 术后3天CSII组各时段血糖均较MSII组下降显著(P<0.01)，达到预期强化控制目标所需天数CSII组显著低于MSII组(P<0.01)，CSII组较MSII组所需胰岛素少15%左右(P<0.01)。 结论 在围手术期CSII比MSII控制血糖更为迅速、理想、所需胰岛素少，更有利于术前准备、术后康复、防止术后并发症、同时能更好的满足术后某些特殊状态的血糖控制要求。
