天麻醒脑胶囊对脑血流量及微循环的影响

     【摘要】 目的 应用二道血流速度流量仪超声探头测定大鼠颈总动脉(结扎颈外动脉),以反映云南省昭通制药有限公司提供的天麻醒脑胶囊对脑血流量的影响; 方法 记录小鼠断头后张口喘气时间,观察天麻醒脑胶囊的抗脑缺血缺氧作用;小鼠尾静脉注射Evans溶液,测定脑组织Evans的吸光度以反映药物的血脑通透性。记录小鼠耳廓微循环细动脉、细静脉的口径及毛细血管开放量(计数毛细血管网点),以判断天麻醒脑胶囊对微循环的影响。 结果 天麻醒脑胶囊显著增加脑血流量并延长小鼠断头后喘气时间,4g/kg体重的天麻醒脑胶囊可明显增大Evans在脑组织中的含量,呈剂量依赖性明显增加小鼠耳廓细动脉、细静脉管径及增多耳廓毛细血管数量。 结论 试验结果提示,天麻醒脑胶囊可明显改善微循环、增大血脑通透性,增加脑组织的血供并防止脑组织缺血缺氧,这对保护缺血性脑组织是十分有利的。

    Effects of tianma xingnao capsule on brain blood flow and microcirculation

    【Abstract】 Objective The arteria carotis externa was ligated,and arteria carotis interna was kept.The left carotid artery was expose and placed over an ultrasonic flow probe.The brain flow volume was recorded with an ultra-sonic volume meter.The pursiness time of mice was observed to evaluate the effect of tianma xingnao capsule on cere-bral ischemia and anoxia.Methods The permeability of normal blood-cerebral barrier was investigated in mice.The calibers of the thin arteries and veins in mouse auricle microcirculation as well as the number of opening capillary ves-sels were recorded.Results Tianma xingnao capsule significantly increased brain blood flow and prolonged mouse pursiness time.Tianma xingnao capsule at a dose of4g/kg significantly elevated the content of Evans in mouse brain.Tianma xingnao capsule markedly extended the calibers of the thin arteries and veins in mouse auricle microcircula-tion ......
