【摘要】 目的 总结老年骨与关节结核的治疗经验。 方法 收集老年骨与关节结核患者31例进行分析。 结果 老年骨与关节结核患者以60～65岁多发，占64.52%;脊柱与膝关节最多，各占32.26%。 结论 老年骨与关节结核患者合并症多，合并症治疗很重要。

    【Abstract】 Objective To sum up experience of treatmentoftheoldpeopleboneandjointtuberculosis.MethodsToanalyze31patients of bone and joint(from January1992to December2002)in Ye cheng county.Re-sults The most age group ofthecaseswasbetween60to65(64.52%).The most part was vertebral tuberculosis and knee joint(both were32.26%).Conclusion The old people bone andjoint tuberculosis had more amalgamative dis-ease.Treatment of amalgamative disease was important.
