【摘要】 目的 研究笑气在人工流产术(以下简称人流)中的镇痛作用。 方法 将236例孕45～70天自愿中止妊娠的早孕妇女随机分为观察组和对照组。对照组除不给笑气外其他处理措施与观察组相同。观察比较两组术者疼痛程度、术中宫颈扩张难易程度、人流综合征的发生比例等。 结果 观察组的疼痛强度明显低于对照组(P<0.01)，观察组宫口较松，极易通过5号扩宫器，便于手术操作。人流综合征的发生明显低于对照组(P<0.01)，差异有显著意义。 结论 笑气用于人工流产术镇痛效果好，可减少病人痛苦，减少人流综合征的发生，操作简便，值得临床推广。
