【摘要】 目的 对北京中国实验动物种子中心的SPF级KM小鼠进行免疫功能研究。方法 采用碳廓清洁、DHT、ConA诱导小鼠脾淋巴细胞转化等方法。结果 SPF级KM小鼠脾脏和胸腺系数分别是4.93～5.53和4.30～4.78;DHT为13.18～22.62;ConA诱导小鼠脾淋巴细胞转化能力OD值为0～0.051;抗体生成细胞为252.12～444.28;碳廓清指数K和吞噬指数α分别为0.0042～0.043和3.14～5.57;小鼠巨噬细胞吞噬鸡红细胞的指数和吞噬百分数分别为0.25～0.41和20.66～36.10;NK细胞百分率为9.79～24.87;血清抗体水平分别为15.47～75.01，上述数据可信区间为95%。结论 丰富了北京国家实验动物种子中心SPF级KM小鼠的免疫学背景资料。
