【摘要】 目的 报告支气管断裂的诊断和治疗。 方法 回顾分析一例患者临床资料。患者，男，24岁，左背部大理石击伤3h伴胸痛、胸闷、呼吸急促，X线胸片示左侧大量气胸，多发性肋骨骨折。经胸腔闭式引流不见好转，胸部CT考虑有支气管断裂可能。2005年2月1日在全麻双腔气管插管下行左主支气管端端吻合术，术后加强抗感染治疗及呼吸道管理。 结果 左主支气管通畅，左肺膨胀良好。术后第1天始出现支气管内痰栓或血块堵塞，多次行纤维支气管镜吸痰去除。 结论 支气管断裂的及时诊断和恰当手术是成功的关键。
