【摘要】 目的 观察复方丹参滴丸联合地塞米松预防高原反应的疗效。 方法 对初次进入海拔4000m的426例随机分为两组，治疗组(A组)216例采用复方丹参滴丸联合地塞米松进行预防，对照组(B组)210例单独使用地塞米松进行预防。 结果 采用军标GJB1098-91标准，对两组发病情况进行评判，结果A组总发病率为12.96%，B组总发病率为67.14%，两组比较有统计学显著意义(χ 2 =133.93，P<0.01)。 结论 运用复方丹参滴丸合用地塞米松预防急性高原反应效果显著。
