【摘要】 目的 探讨开胸术后呼吸衰竭患者的围手术期处理。 方法 总结35例开胸术后呼吸衰竭的原因及治疗经验。 结果 术后死亡6例。 结论 加强围手术期呼吸道管理，合理使用机械通气，可降低术后呼吸衰竭的死亡率。

    【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the treatment around the operation of respiratory failure patients after thora-cotomy.Methods The reason of respiratory failure and cure experience after the thoracotomy of35cases were sum-marized.Results 6patients died after the operation.Conclusion To strengthen the supervising of breath pipeline around the operation and make reasonable usage of mechanic ventilating could reduce the death rate of respiratory fail-ure after operation.
