【摘要】 目的 评估中西医结合治疗重症急性胰腺炎(SAP)的疗效。 方法 1999～2004年收治重症急性胰腺炎72例，随机分成两组，治疗组38例，采用中西医结合治疗，对照组34例，仅给予单一西医治疗，将两组疗效进行对比分析。 结果 治疗组治愈33例，治愈率86.8%，对照组治愈21例，治愈率61.8%，经卡方检验χ 2 =4.43，P<0.05。 结论 中西医结合治疗SAP较单一西医治疗效果为佳。
