【摘要】 目的 探讨药物流产时加用中药自拟缩宫逐瘀汤的方法，对提高药物流产完全流产率的影响。方法 将150例早孕(停经≤49天)自愿要求药物流产的妇女，随机分为观察组和对照组各75例进行临床观察。结果 观察组的药物流产完全流产率和孕囊排出时间、阴道流血时间、阴道出血量均有满意的效果。 结论 药物流产配合中药自拟缩宫逐瘀汤能有效提高完全流产率，缩短孕囊排出时间和阴道流血时间，减少阴道出血量，在一定程度上可弥补药物流产的不足。
