【摘要】 目的 探讨胸部损伤的临床特点、早期诊断与治疗。 方法 回顾性分析我院1998年1月～2004年9月收治的192例胸部损伤病例资料。 结果 治愈176例，死亡16例，死亡率8.33%。 结论 尽快明确危及生命的主要问题，争分夺秒且有针对性地进行抢救是成功的关键。
