【摘要】 目的 交锁钉已广泛应用于下肢长骨干骨折，通过应用带锁髓内钉技术治疗63例各型股骨骨折、胫骨骨折，探索手术中带锁髓内钉远端锁钉技术进行分析。 方法 总结远端锁钉安放失败的原因和表现，比较传统髓内钉远端锁钉安放技术的不足。 结果 总结出微旋探孔插钉技术，保留了依靠瞄准器在水平面上的准确性，克服了额状面上的偏差;不用C形臂、X光机定位，不改制增添器械。 结论 微旋探孔插钉技术对髓内钉远端锁钉的准确插入是有效的方法，不影响固定效果，缩短了手术时间，减少了医患人员接受X线辐射，减少了感染机会。
