【摘要】 目的 探讨小儿突眼病因、疾病种类及诊断方法，为临床早期确诊提供依据。 方法 对137例小儿突眼病例的病因、伴随症状、诊断特点等进行分析。 结果 提示小儿突眼病因主要包括两方面:(1)眼外疾患，主要包括有郎格罕组织细胞增生症、绿色瘤、神经母细胞瘤等;(2)眼部疾患，主要包括视网膜母细胞瘤、眶横纹肌肉瘤、视神经胶质瘤、眶内血管瘤等。 结论 小儿突眼病因不仅局限于眼部疾患，也可是全身其它系统疾病在眼部的表现，需引起儿内科医师关注。
