【摘要】 目的 分析妊娠妇女空腹及葡萄糖耐量2h(简称妊娠OGTT2h)血糖的变化，探讨其代谢规律。 方法 采用葡萄糖己糖激酶法测定1500例妊娠妇女的空腹及口服葡萄糖后2h的血糖。 结果 妊娠妇女空腹血糖较正常空腹对照显著降低(P<0.01)，妊娠OGTT2h血糖较妊娠空腹血糖显著升高(P<0.01)。在1500例妊娠妇女中，有2‰空腹血糖≥7.0mmol/L;有10‰OGTT2h血糖>11.1mmol/L;有185‰的OGTT2h血糖在7.8～11.1mmol/L。 结论 孕期采用空腹血糖和OGTT2h血糖联合检测，可减少妊娠期糖耐量降低和妊娠糖尿病的漏诊。
