【摘要】 目的 观察EB病毒BLLF1基因转基因小鼠淋巴瘤的发病特征、组织病理学的特点及遗传稳定性。 方法 用BLLF1基因制备了转基因小鼠，对其中2只MA表达阳性的发生淋巴瘤的鼠进行繁育并观察淋巴瘤的特征及遗传稳定性。 结果 转基因鼠淋巴瘤的发病部位与人类发病部位相似，但出现顺序有不同，发病的性别差异与人类不同，经16代传代，淋巴瘤仍能稳定遗传。 结论 该小鼠模型有可能成为探讨淋巴瘤发病机制的动物模型。

    【Abstract】 Objective To observe the pathogenic and histopathologic characteristics of lymphoma in EBV BLLF1gene transgenic mice.Methods We constructed transgenic mouse with EBV BLLF1gene which codes for membrane antigen(MA)and found that two of the four lines that expressed MA had the phenotype of lymphoma at the age of4month and8month old respectively.Analysis of pathology and immunologic phenotype of the lymphoma shows that it is T-cell lymphoma.Results The relationship between EBV BLLF1gene and lymphoma for the first time ......
