【摘要】 目的 检测计算广东省东部地区强放射性医疗氡泉所在地丰顺县邓屋村经常浸浴的中老年健康村民“免疫五项”与非浸浴者的差异，分析氡泉浸浴对人体免疫功能的影响及其保健和治疗作用。 方法 对强放射性医疗氡泉当地长年浸浴的健康居民38例(浸浴组)的血清检测“免疫五项”，并与随机抽取的本县非氡泉浸浴的健康者40例(对照组)的血清检测“免疫五项”进行对比。 结果 “免疫五项”中两组对比IgG差异有显著性(P<0.05)，补体C4两组对比差异有非常显著性(P<0.01)。其余各项则差异无显著性。 结论 强放射性医疗氡泉能选择性地明显影响人体的免疫功能，有利于人体的保健和康复，很有利于治疗类风湿性关节炎及多种疾患。
