【摘要】 目的 探讨开颅术后化脓性脑膜炎的治疗方法。 方法 本组34例化脓性脑膜炎的病例均采用腰穿鞘内注射罗氏芬的方法进行治疗，腰穿鞘内注射3～7次，平均4.2次。 结果 34例化脓性脑膜炎的病例感染均得到控制并最终治愈。 结论 腰穿鞘内注射罗氏芬是治疗开颅术后化脓性脑膜炎的一种安全有效的方法。

    Treatment of postoperative pyogenic meningitis by intrathecal injection of rocephin

    【Abstract】 Objective To study the treatment of postoperative pyogenic meningitis.Methods 34cases of postoperative pyogenic meningitis patients were treated by intrathecal injection of rocephin(3～7times per case，4.2times in average).Results The34cases of postoperative pyogenic meningitis patients were all cured after the in-trathecal injection treatment.Conclusion Intrathecal injection of rocephin is an effective and safe method for treat-ment of postoperative pyogenic meningitis.
