【摘要】 目的 探讨老年2型糖尿病患者合并泌尿系感染的临床特征及相关因素。 方法 对47例2型糖尿病老年患者合并泌尿系感染的临床特征进行回顾性分析。 结果 年龄、性别、糖尿病病程、空腹血糖及糖化血红蛋白与老年2型糖尿病合并泌尿系感染关系密切;泌尿系感染的临床类型以无症状性菌尿为主，其菌群分布以G - 杆菌为主。 结论 老年2型糖尿病患者易合并泌尿系感染，根据药敏结果合理选药及针对无症状菌尿的治疗，是控制老年糖尿病合并泌尿系感染的必要手段。
