【摘要】 目的 探讨经尿道前列腺电切术(TURP)结合钬激光碎石术治疗良性前列腺增生症(BPH)并膀胱结石的疗效。 方法 采用TURP结合钬激光碎石术治疗42例BPH并膀胱结石患者，并分析其疗效。 结果 所有患者均一次性处理成功，无严重并发症。疗效满意。 结论 TURP结合钬激光碎石术是治疗BPH并膀胱结石的一种安全、高效的方法。尤其适用于高龄、高危患者。

    【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the endourological treatment of transurethral prostatectomy(TURP)com-bined with holmium YAG laser cystolithotripsy in patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH).Methods 42cases of BPH complicated with bladder calculi were performed by combined TURP with holmium YAG laser cys-tolithotripsy and analyzed their effect.Results The endouroligical operations were successful in all cases.There were no severe complications occurred.The outcomes were satisfactory.Conclusion TURP combined with holmium YAG laser cystolithotripsy is a safe and effective method for patients with BPH and bladder calculi ......
