摘 要: 实验证实,杨梅多酚可明显提高用乙酰苯肼破坏红细胞膜造模的大、小白鼠红细胞计数,给药组与模型组比较,均有显著性差异 (P<0.01),提高血红蛋白量,从而改善模型组全血高、中、低切值,血浆粘度,红细胞压积,全血高、低切还原粘度;并可明显提高用化、放疗方法造成小白鼠白细胞的下降,与模型组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01);对骨髓有核细胞计数和细胞核分裂指数检测,均较模型组活跃。杨梅多酚对大、小白鼠血细胞与造血组织损伤有保护作用。

Protective Effect of Radix Myrica Rubra Polyphenol on Blood in Mice and Rats

Abstract The experimental results demonstrated that Radix Myrica rubra polyphenol could protect RBC adventitia from the damage of acetylphenylhydrazine. The difference of RBC count was significant (P< 0.01)between the test group and the control group in mice and rats. Radix Myrica rubra Polyphenol increased the level of hencoglobin, improved the high-,middle-,and low-shearing values of whole blood viscosity, plasma viscostiy, hematocrit and whole blood high- and low-shearing values of reduction viscosity. It also elevated the decreasing number of white blood cells caused by chemotherapy and radiotherapy in the test group, the difference being significant(P< 0.01)as compared with the control group. Karyocyte count and caryocinetic index in marrow were higher in the test group than that in the control group. It is concluded that Radix Myrica polyphenol possesses protective effect on blood cells and hemopoitic tissues in mice and rats.
