摘 要： 建立了 HPLC 测定复方珍珠口疮颗粒中没食子酸含量的方法，测定制剂中没食子酸含量为 3.9%，明显高于生产用原料五倍子药材中没食子酸含量的 2.8%，主要系生产过程中五倍子鞣质水解成没食子酸所致。

Determination of Gallic Acid Content in Compound Zhenzhu Kouchuang Granule

Abstract： HPLC method was used to determined the content of gallic acid in Compound Zhenzhu Kouchuang Granule. The results showed that the content of gallic acid was 3.9% in the granule and only 2.8% in Galla Chinensis which is a kind of raw material in the granule. This is due to the hydrolysis of gallotannin.
