【摘要】目的 研究尿毒症血液透析和腹膜透析患者的生活质量及其影响因素，从而为提高尿毒症治疗效果、合理选择透析方法提供依据。方法 123例尿毒症患者中血透48例，腹透75例。以肾脏病调查表、Karnofsky指数、工作情况、主观症状调查表及对治疗的满意度为衡量生活质量的指标。结果家庭透析患者生活质量显著高于住院透析患者；腹透患者在治疗满意度显著优于血透患者；糖尿病和老年患者生活质量显著较低。结论我国应大力提倡家庭透析，更多地开展腹膜透析，努力提高病人复职率。

【Abstract】 Objective To study the qualityof life of uremic patients undergoing hemodialysis(HD) and continuous ambularotyperitoneal dialysis(CAPD) and the affacting factors.Methods One hundred and twenty three uremic dialysis patients were evaluated.The qualityof life was measured by Kidney Disease Questionnaire,Karnofsky Index,EmploymentStatus,Subjective Symptoms Questionnaire and Satisfaction with Therapy . Results Results CAPD patients attained a higher quality of life than hemodialysis patients insatisfaction with therapy.Home dialysis patients had a higher quality of life thanin-center dialysis patients,while diabetic and elderly patients had a lower quality oflife . Conclusion CAPD and home dialysis should be progressed more widely.
