【提 要】 目的 介绍并分析适用于一类医学动态监测数据的稳健参数估计方法。方法 结合分布假设和稳健统计给出了参数估计方法。首次提出一种迭代求取形状参数稳健估计的算法。结果 该方法对医学动态监测中某生理量异常所占百分比值统计量的参数估计优于临床普遍采用的方法。结论 通过对分布拟合、估计优效性和可实现性、估计稳健性等理论分析和模拟实验，表明该方法是一种高效、可靠的稳健参数估计方法。

    

【Abstract】 Objective A robustparameter estimation method applied to a class of medical dynamic monitoring data isintroduced and analyzed in this paper.Methods This parameter estimationmethod is introduced by being combined with distribution hypothesis and robuststatistics.The iteration algorithm to estimate shape-parameter is first present.Results Forthe parameter estimation of percent statistic relating to abnormality of some physiologicvalue during dynamic monitoring,we confirm that this method precedes the method generallyused by clinic.Conclusion This method is of high credibility andefficiency after the theory analysis and simulation test of the goodness-of-fit ofdistribution,merit and workability and robustness of estimation statistic.
