【摘要】目的 介绍一种修复肩锁关节脱位的新术式。方法肩锁关节脱位整复后克氏针固定、丝线8字形贯穿结扎、韧带肌肉缝合三重加固修复。结果肩锁关节脱位19例均无复发，对肩锁关节的微动功能无影响。结论该手术方法操作简单，损伤小，固定可靠，功能恢复满意，能有效地防止脱位复发。
