【摘要】 目的 探讨小儿股骨头缺血性坏死的治疗方法。方法 从解剖学角度设计，采用内外减压血管束植入法治疗37例患者。结果 随访3～11年，优良率94.6%。结论 内外减压血管束植入法治疗小儿股骨头缺血性坏死，能阻断其发病的中间环节，改善股骨头的包容，增加股骨头血供并有利于股骨头复原。

Treatment of Legg-Calve'-Perthes disease in children by internal and external decompression andvascular bundle graft

【Abstract】 Objective To study the treatment method of Legg-Calve'-Perthesdiseases in children. Methods The new method of internal and external decompression andvascular bundle graft was designed based on anatomical structure for treatment of 37 casesof Legg-Calve'-Perthes diseases. Results 37 cases were followed up for 3～11 years. The rate good and excellent was 94.6%. Conclusion The good and excellentrate graftcan block pathologic process and improve the inclusion of femural head and increase bloodcirculation of femoral head, which is beneficial to its recovery.
