摘要：目的：探讨经支气管动脉灌注诺维本加顺铂治疗非小细胞肺癌的疗效、安全性和并发症的防治。方法：全组46例，男性38例，女性8例；年龄24～72岁。病理类型：鳞癌23例，腺癌20例，腺鳞癌3例。Ⅲa期6例，Ⅲb期28例，Ⅳ期12例。结果：完全缓解4例，部分缓解30例，稳定8例，进展4例；总有效率76.1%。并发症共21例(45.7%)，其中肋间动脉炎18例(39.1%)，食管损伤4例(8.7%)，除食管支气管瘘1例死于大咯血外，所有并发症均治愈。结论：经支气管动脉灌注诺维本加顺铂治疗非小细胞肺癌安全、有效率高；并发症多可防治。

Bronchial Arterial Infusion of Navelbine in the Treatment of Non-small Cell Lung Cancer A Report of 46 Cases

Abstract Objective:To evaluate the effect of combin-ation chemotherapy with Navelbine plus Cisplatin via bronchial arterial infusion in the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC).Methods:Forty-six cases of NSCLC including 38 males and 8 female patients were enrolled.The age of the patients ranged from 24 to 72 years.Squamous cell carcinoma and adenocarcinoma predominatede.Six cases were of stage Ⅲ a,28 stage Ⅲ b and 12 stage Ⅳ diseases.Results:Of this series complete response was observed in 4 cases,partial response 30,stable disease 8,and progressive in 4 cases.The overall response rate was 76.9%.Complication occurred in 21 cases (45.7%) including intercostal arteritis 18 (39.1%),esophageal injury 4 (8.7%) with one case of esophago-trachial fistula who died of hemoptysis choke.Conclusion:NSCLC treated by Navelbine plus Cisplatin via BAI is effective with a high response rate,and most of the complications could be circumvented and prevented.
