【摘要】 目的 通过对健康交通警察甲襞微循环的观察,探讨职业因素对交通警察甲襞微循环的影响。方法 应用田牛甲襞微循环综合定量评分方法,对86例健康交警及92例健康人的甲襞微循环进行观察、测量、计分、比较。结果 交警组的甲襞微循环总积分值及管襻形态、流态、襻周状态积分值均明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。主要改变为管襻数减少、输入枝管径变窄、管襻清晰度下降、血流缓慢、红细胞聚集、渗出、出血、汗腺导管及乳头下静脉丛可见率增加,这些改变出现的比率均明显高于健康对照组(P<0.01)。结论 交通警察的甲襞微循环有明显改变,可能与交警的工作性质及工作环境有关。

The Nailfold Microcirculation of Healthy Traffic Policemen

Abstract Objective. By observing the nailfold microcirculation of traffic policemen, we intended to investigate the effect of professional factors on the nailfold microcirculation of traffic policemen.Methods We used the Tianniu comprehensive ration assessment of nailfold microcirculation to observe, assess, record and compare the nailfold microcirculation of 86 healthy traffic policemen and 92 healthy people. Result The total integral value and the integral value of each item of vascular loop in the traffic policemen group are distinctively higher than those in the control group (P<0.01),which showed in the decrease of vascular loop quantity, narrowness of diameter of afferent loops, indistinction of microvessls, slow velocity of blood flow, increase of erythrocyte aggregation, exudation, hemorrhage as well as increase of sweat duct and visibility of sub - papillary venous plexus. The changes emerge more frequently than those in the control group (P<0.01). Conclusion The obvious changes of the nailfold microcirculation of traffic policemen may be related to their working nature and working environment.
