摘要 目的: 了解微波凝固型塑料制作的全口义齿精度变化。方法: 应用三维座标测定仪对微波凝固型塑料及热凝塑料制作的全口义齿进行精度测量并比较。结果: 塑料凝固后即时变化显示微波凝固型塑料比热凝塑料收缩率大,至3或4周呈现时间性变化。结论: 微波凝固型塑料在凝固后3或4周存在时间性变化。

    Dimensional changes of denture base for complete denture

Abstract Objective: To observe the dimensional changes of denture base for complete dentures processed with microwave-cured resion. Methods: The dimensional changes of denture base of complete dentures following polymerization were measured by using the three dimensional measurement system. The complete dentures processed with microwave-cured resin and heatcured resin were compared. Results: The complete denture processed with microwave-cured resin showed more dimensional changes than the complete denture processed with heat-cured resin, and it is showed that a gradual dimensional change after deflasking up to 3 or 4 weeks. Conclusions: The denture processed with microwave-cured resin showed a gradual dimensional change after deflasking up to 3 or 4 weeks.
