摘 要 收集14例低度恶性腹膜囊性间皮瘤，结合有关文献对其临床表现、病理改变、诊断、治疗及预后进行分析。病变发生于大网膜或肠系膜处4例，盆腔处4例，腹膜后1例，胃肠浆膜面及肠系膜多处累及5例。主要症状为腹部不适或疼痛逐渐加重，5例有不完全性肠梗阻表现。多发囊性结节型4例，弥漫囊性结节型6例。

Abstract By collecting 14 cases of low-grade malignant peritoneal cystomesothelioma and referring to related articles, the authors analyze and discuss the clinical figure, pathological change, diagnosis, treatment and prognosis, The results showed that the lesions located in omentum and mesentum for 4, retroperitoneal for 1, surfaces of gastrointestine and of mesentum scatered for 5. The main symptoms were abdominal discomfort or pain, and 5 of them exibited incomplete bowl obstructions. On pathological examination, 4 of them were sole cystic masses, 4 of them looked multiple cystic nodules, and another 6 exibited diffuse cystic nodules.
