手部烧伤后康复治疗的临床研究

摘要：手部烧伤后常因瘢痕挛缩、肌腱粘连、关节粘连、肌肉萎缩等原因导致功能减退。通过对成人手部烧伤病例早期综合康复疗法、晚期综合康复疗法、单纯锻炼法等三种康复治疗方案的效果进行比较，结果显示，早期综合康复疗法优于后两者，更有利于功能恢复。认为在手部烧伤后，早期应用综合的康复治疗有利于功能的恢复。

Clinical study ofrehabilitation of hand burn

Abstract： After burn, the function of hand was frequently reduced,because of scar contracture, tendon synechia, joint synechia, myatrophy, et al. The effectof rehabilitation is being regarded as importance. The effect of three rehabilitationplans, the comprehensive rehabilitation in early phase, the comprehensive rehabilitationin later period and the pure exercise, with adult cases of hand burn were comparativelystudied. Results showed that the former has an advantage in functional recovery than thetwo latter, it could be concluded that utilizing comprehensive rehabilitation in earlyphase is beneficial to functional recovery of hand, after burn.
