摘要 采用RIA对150例恶性肿瘤患者血、尿进行β₂ -微球蛋白测定，并进行分析。结果表明，150例恶性肿瘤患者血、尿β₂ -微球蛋白明显高于正常对照组，差异有显著性。因此，认为采用RIA测定β₂ -微球蛋白对恶性肿瘤的辅助诊断、治疗效果和判断预后有一定的临床意义。

Blood and urine β2-MG from 150patients with malignant tumors were detected by RIA. Results showed that blood and urineβ2-MG in malignant tumors were significantly higher than that in the control group. Itsuggested that RIA in detection of β2-MG had clinical significance for accessorydiagnosing malignant tumors, clinical results and prognosis.
