摘要 对101例经自动活检或手术病理、以及典型的临床表现和治疗经过明确诊断的各类甲状腺疾病进行了彩色多普勒血流显像检查，结果显示：Graves病和大部分桥本氏甲状腺炎腺体内血流信号丰富，呈“火海征”，对甲状腺上动脉结果检测可鉴别二者。彩色血流和甲状腺上动脉流速在甲状腺良恶性结节的鉴别中无意义，但在恶性结节内，阻力指数增高。认为彩色多普勒对Graves病和甲状腺炎的诊断和鉴别诊断有意义，阻力指数对甲状腺恶性结节的判断有帮助。

Color doppler flow examination had been done forthe varieties of thyroid diseases from 101 patients, proven by automatic biopsy andsurgery pathology, and presented with typical symptoms and undergone treatmnet. Resultsshowed that the signals of blood flow were abund ant in the body of glandin Graves diseaseand most Hashimoto thyroiditis, presenting with thyroid inferno. The check-ups of thethyroid artery can identify these two diseases. But the color blood flow and thevelocities of the thyroid artery were no statistical significance in the differentialdiagnosis of thyroid benign and malignant tubercles, while the resistance indicesincreased in the malignant tubercles. It could be concluded that Color Doppler Sonographyis significant in the differential diagnose of Graves disease and Hashimoto thyroiditisand the resistance indices can help in the diagnosis of thyroid malignant tubercles.
