摘要：采用局部注射，针刀松解，手法剥离，中药调理4步法有机结合治疗肩周炎208例，结果治愈187例，显效13例，优良率96.3%。认为针对局部病变及肩部整体功能调理，是获得较好疗效的关键。

ComprehensiveFour-step Treatment for Shoulder Periarthritis ： Report of 208 cases

Abstract : 208 patients with shoulder periarthritis weretreated by four steps as following: local injection of western medicine, acupunctureoperation to loosen and release frozen areas; manipulative peeling off tissues andrecuperation by traditional Chinese herbs. The four steps are organic. The result showedthat 187 cases cured, 13 effectively treated, both reached the rate of 96.3%. It issuggested that the recuperation aimed at local pathological changes and entire shoulderfunction is the key to achieve a comparatively curative effect.
