摘要 应用HE染色、网状纤维染色及免疫组化染色，对23例透明细胞肉瘤的病理形态和免疫组化特点进行探讨，发现透明细胞肉瘤，瘤细胞呈多边形或胖梭形，胞浆透明，巢状排列，由宽窄不一的纤维间隔包绕，有1～2个明显的核仁，S-100、HMB₄₅ 及部分病例PAS阳性。提示透明细胞肉瘤具有黑色素细胞分化，并需与其他软组织肿瘤进行鉴别。

The pathologic appearances and immunohistochmical characteristics of clear cell sarcomas from 23 patients were evaluated. All the specimens have been conducted 20% formalin fixation , paraffin imbeded, He and PAS staining, Van Gieson and Snook staining, and immunohistochemical staining. It was found that the oncocytes of clear cell sarcoma appeared polygonal and hypertrophic fusiform, and that the clear oviformly arranged cytoplasms were septally imbeded by different fibers, and had 1 to 2 obvious nucleoles, positive S-100, HMB₄₅ and PAS from some patients. It indicated that clear cell sarcoma had melanocyte differentiation and should be differentiated from other soft tissue neoplasms.
