摘要 应用二维(2D)及彩色多普勒血流显像(CDFI)对28例桥本甲状腺炎患者进行检查，结果表明：多数患者甲状腺弥漫肿大，尤以峡部明显，与正常人甲状腺体积相比，差异有显著性(P<0.05)，腺体内部回声减低，可见“网格状”强回声，晚期甲状腺体积萎缩。CDFI：60.71%(17/28)内部血流丰富，39.29%(11/28)呈“火海征”，甲上动脉血流速度明显高于正常组(P<0.01)，甲状腺体积萎缩者，内部血流减少，甲上动脉血流速度不高甚至减低。提示桥本甲状腺炎的2D及CDFI表现有助于临床对此病的诊断及鉴别。

     2 Dimensions(2D) and Colour DopplerSonography(CDFI) were used to examine 28 patients with Hashimoto thyroiditis. Resultsfhowed: ①The thyroid diffusely enlarged in mostpatients (apparently in isthmus); ② The thyroidvolume statisticaly differed (P<0.05), comparing to normal individuals; ③The echo in body of gland reduced and strong echo gitter appeared; ④The volume atrophy in adult thyroid was also found; ⑤CDFI: 60.1 percent (17/28) blood flows abundently in body of glandand 39.29 percent (11/28) appeared "thyroid inferno"; ⑥The velocities of the thyroid artery were obviously faster than thenormal group (P<0.01). The body blood flows reduced in patients with thyroid volumeatrophy and the velocities of the thyroid artery were slower, even reduced. It indicatedthat the expression of 2D and CDFI in Hashimoto thyroiditis can help to diagnose andidentify this disease.
