摘要收治新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病210例，其中合并低钠血症80例，经临床总结分析，发现低钠血症的程度与新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病的预后密切相关。认为对新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病患儿应及早监测血钠，对重度低钠血症应积极给予处理。

Hypoxic ischemic encephalothy complicated with hyponatremia: clinical analysis of 80 cases

210 newborn infants with hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy (HIE) were admitted in hospital, of which 80 complicated with hyponatremia. Retrospective clinical analysis found that the prognosis of newborn infants HIE was closly related with the degree of hyponatremia. It is suggested that the blood Na in HIE should be early detected and the serious hyponatremia should be treated in the early stage.
