摘 要：为评价异长春花碱、丝裂霉素和顺铂联合治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌疗效，观察34例晚期非小细胞肺癌，19例为初治，15例为术后复发，均为初次化疗，用MNP方案(异长春花碱25mg/m² 静推，第1天，丝裂霉素8mg/m² 静推，第1天，顺铂30mg/m² 静滴，第1～3天，每3～4周重复疗程)，结果：CR2例(5.9%)，PR16例(47%)，总有效率为52.9%，毒副作用主要是骨髓抑制，无毒性相关死亡发生。认为MNP方案是治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌疗效较高的方案，值得进一步研究。

Efficacy of Vinorelbine,Mitomycin and Cisplatin in the

    treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer

Abstract： Efficacy of vinorelbine, mitomycin and cisplatin (MNP) inthe treatment of patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) were evaluated.34 cases of advanced NSCLC had been studied in this clinical trial, nineteen patients ofthem had no prior chemotherapy for matastatic disease. Fifteen patients with recurrenceand metastasized NSCLC of postoperation. They were given the treatment with MNP:vinorelbine 25mg/m2m I.V, for the first day; mitomycin 8mg/m2, I.V, for the first day;cisplatin 30mg/m2,I.V, dyip, 1-3 days. Patients received this treatment every 3-4 weeks.Results showed that 2 patients (5.9%) achieved CR, 16 (47%) achieved partial remission.Total response rate was 52.9%. Toxicities were mainly myelosuppression. The toxicity wasmoderate. It could be concluded that MNP regimen is regarded as a better regimen foradvanced NSCLC and is worthy to be further studied.
