摘要 利用ELISA法和酶法分别检测48例小肝癌患者血清中的AFP和AFU，结果AFP、AFU在小肝癌患者中的阳性率分别为60.4%和89.6%，两者联合检测的阳性率可提高到93.6%，表明AFU与AFP联合检测对提高小肝癌诊断率有重要价值。

Using ELISA method and other zymologic method toassay serum α-fetoprotein (AFP) and α-L-fucosidase (AFU) respectively in 48 patientswith micro-hepatocellular carcinoma, it showed that the positive rates of AFP and AFU were60.4 percent and 89.6 percent respectively, while the positive rate in the combined assaycan increase to 93.6 percent. It indicated that the combined assay of AFU and AFP hadgreat help in the diagnosis of micro-hepatocellular carcinoma.
