摘要 目的: 探讨新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)时心肌损伤情况。方法: 测定32例HIE新生儿血浆天门冬氨酸转氨酶(AST)、肌酸激酶(CK)、肌酸激酶同工酶2(CK-MB)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、乳酸脱氢酶同工酶1(LDH1 )、α-羟丁酸脱氢酶(α-HBDH)的活性。以20例健康足月儿作为对照组。结果: 新生儿HIE组心肌酶活性显著高于对照组,出生时有重度窒息组的心肌酶活性显著高于轻度窒息组。结论: 新生儿HIE伴有心肌损伤,心肌损伤程度与出生时窒息程度成正比。

Abstract Objective: To study themyocardial injury in neonates with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy (HIE).Methods: Theactivities of aspartate aminotransferase (AST),creatine kinase (CK),creatine kinaseisoenzyme 2 (CK-MB),lactic dehydrogenase (LDH),lactic dehydrogenase isoenzyme 1 (LDH1 )and α-hydroxybutyrate dehydrogenase (α-HBDH) of plasma in 32 neonates with HIE weremeasured.20 healthy term infants were studied as controls.Results: Activitiesof myocardial enzyme in neonates with HIE were significantly higher than those of controls(P<0.001).The enzyme activities of the severe asphyxia were significantly higher thanthat of mild asphyxia (P<0.05).Conclusion: The results indicate thatneonates with HIE have myocardial injury ......
