摘要 以生物化学方法—葡萄糖氧化酶法(GOD法)为对比方法，有机化学方法—邻甲苯胺法(O-T法)为候选方法作血糖浓度测定对比试验，考察分析两法的相关性及其优缺点，为将来改进教学实验及临床应用提供参考。实验结果表明，回归方程表达出系统误差不明显，相关系数r=0.985，两法相关性比较密切。

Contrast test on determination of blood sugar with

    methods of glucose-oxidase (GOD) and o-toluidine(O-T)

Abstract Contrast test was made with GOD(contrast method) and O-T(candidate solution method) for determining blood sugar contents. The correlation and advantages and disadvantages of the two methods were observed and analyzed for the reference of improving teaching experiments and clinical application. Results showed that the systematic error expressed by regression equation was not obvious, correlation coefficient r=0.985. Correlation of the two methods was comparatively closed.
